What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm PST.

What is your minimum order?

We have a $50.00 minimum purchase order within the U.S. and $250.00 minimum purchase order on all international orders.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

What are your credit terms?

We require payment with C.O.D. or credit card on your first order. After that, you can apply for open terms which are Net-30 payable. Please send trade references to ggraham@indexfasteners.com

Can I purchase products online from your website?

We have big things in the works. We don't currently have the capabilities to sell online, but stay tuned.

Can you provide certification or traceability on product?

We offer several types of certification from PPAP through Manufacturer's Certification, Certificates of Conformance, DFAR and Lot Traceability. We are ROHS, PFOS, WEEE and ISO 9001:2000 compliant. We can certify most AN, MS, NAS, and MIL products. We have custom bar coding and labeling available to all automotive and military specifications.

Can you cross reference products for me?

We have nearly endless cross reference charts in our database. This-combined with the knowledge of our experienced sales engineers-will guarantee we find the correct product for your application.

What are your shipping terms?

Stock product ships within the U.S. same day on orders received before 3:00pm PST. We will ship UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and 3 Day Air up to 3:30pm. We can ship with UPS and FedEx Freight. If you have an account with another freight forwarder, you're more than welcome to schedule a pickup, just provide our accounting or your sales person with the details and we'll have the product ready and waiting. We ship worldwide.

Will you drop ship to my customer?

Yes, no problem. We're proud of our top-shelf customer service and will ship wherever you need the product to be. Need it blind? No problem. We will package your product securely without markings or can use the markings or paperwork of your choice so you stay protected.

Do you have outside sales reps?

We sure do. If you have an application that warrants a visit from one of our engineers and all other means of service have been exhausted, we're more than happy to come to your facility. If you are in an area out of reach of one of our engineers and the application warrants the visit, we will get a sales rep to you, period. We also work closely with our national vendors who can provide additional engineering services when needed.
